Not to be confused with the similarly spelled character from Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Cordelia is a playable character in Fire Emblem Awakening and is the mother of Severa. Cordelia is a member of Ylisse 's Pegasus Knights, and is a childhood friend of Sumia. Her duty is to protect the royal family, though she also guides Sumia when the latter is in trouble. During her days as a recruit, it was apparent that she was a prodigy in nearly everything she attempted to do, except running. It was her lack of running skill that led her to the squad in the first place.

Speed is her best boon, being the best help towards her optimal Firesweep Build. Doubling foes is more important than hitting harder, as most of her damage comes in the second hit. However Attack is her second best choice, and just as good as Speed when it comes to Brave Lance builds. This weapon prevents whoever Cordelia attacks from retaliating unless they have a skill such as Null C-Disrupt. Moonbow is a strong choice of Special due to its low cooldown. Luna is a stronger version of Moonbow though also has a longer cooldown. It is not as consistent as Moonbow, but is still a good option.
